Analyzing needs – Conduct a needs analysis to define the training requirements for a project, product, or a specific individual.

Designing training – Based on the training needs analysis, design a plan for training as determined by the company’s budget and environment.

Developing training – Develop training, including presentations, trainer and student guides, quick reference cards, and creative job aids for either online or in the classroom.

Implementing training – For a classroom environment or one-on-one tutoring, implement (deliver) training. Whenever possible, introduce online solutions for durability and economic feasibility

Evaluating training – At the end of each class or one-on-one tutoring, evaluate how effective the training was through evaluation forms and follow-up with a Delta +.
